I know technology pretty well but only because worked with it extensively for 10 years. I do a lot of negotiating in my job and feel I am naturally pretty good at quickly reading people. So when I say these guys rock, I mean it. No one paid me to do this review or any crap like that. In fact, I literally couldn't wait to write it because my experience with Adrian and Sam was so good. Adrian knows his stuff better than any sales person I've met in this industry. He simply shows you everything his vehicles can do, tells you the best his dealership can do to help you, and tries to help you find the best vehicle he can with the understanding that it might not be at his dealership. First and foremost, he wants you to be happy walking out of Kia whether you buy one of his cars or not. He never rushed us and no question felt like a bad one. Even after the sale he continies to go out of his way with me. Texting every so often to make sure the car is good, answering technology questions I might have, etc. These guys offered me exactly what I asked for then convinced me to get a better Optima- not because they wanted to make a bigger sale but because they literally wanted me to be happy everyday getting into my vehicle and xxxx were they right! I'm so happy I listened to them. My used, fully loaded 2014 Optima drives like a gem and I'm so pumped I didn't settle for the 2015 bare bones model I was originally looking at. I am so pumped to get in this car every morning and love all the features it has. The free car washes and lifetime warranty on trans, axle, and engine is unparalleled and literally convinced me to walk out of another dealership while texting Adrian. MJ in finance was even awesome too, helping us maximize or money! These guys are basically my friends now. The idea of bringing my car in if needed doesn't even bog me down because I feel that well taken care of and excited to get to see them. They are 10 minutes away and have free wifi if I have to work there. I feel the dealership cares about my needs as a person more than anything. This is a special kind of a place for sure! Great Experience i was online shopping for a new car and was contacted by Jon Mock the internet manager and we texted back and forth for a few days before i finally ma i was online shopping for a new car and was contacted by Jon Mock the internet manager and we texted back and forth for a few days before i finally made it in. While I was there i met with Michael Johnson from finance and between the 3 of we went over what i was looking for and what i wanted to do as far as buying a new car. both Jon and Michael were very helpful during the whole process. even though i didn't buy a car from them.
