No service after the sale I purchase a 2013 GMC Yukon from George Moore Chevrolet in Jacksonville Florida on February 22 2019. I called my salesman Justin Comer on March 4 to d I purchase a 2013 GMC Yukon from George Moore Chevrolet in Jacksonville Florida on February 22 2019. I called my salesman Justin Comer on March 4 to discuss some issues with my Yukon, Justin instructed me to bring the Yukon in and have the service staff view the issues. I brought the Yukon in on March 7 2019 and the service staff member informed me that they would not repair any of the issues. I ask to speak to the Manager on Duty to discuss my situation - 15 minutes later - Sales Manager Tony Jones stopped by and said that the dealership would not repair any of the issues. (that most dealerships would view as a punch list). I ask Mr. Tony Jones to come to the parking lot to review the items - he refused... The items on the list were: 1) Door pull on drivers side all plastics insert securing the pull were cracked - Asked that the dealership repair... 2) Small leak on Passenger side - Ask for service department to review. 3) Small paint chip on drivers side door, at handle - Ask paint service department to review. 4). Small black line on drivers side rear panel - Ask paint service department to review. I find it amazing that 13 days after the sale the dealership fails to respond to minor punch list items that should been part of the dealer prep of the automobile before sale. I realize I purchase the Yukon right after the dealership traded for it, but the engine was filthy and the interior carpets had not been shampooed. I cancelled my service contract for oil changes, at this point I'm done with George Moore Chevrolet, Jacksonville Florida. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I had appointment & waited 4 hours just for a oil change!!!!!! The man told me he was sorry for the wait and that they would wash my car too... just I had appointment & waited 4 hours just for a oil change!!!!!! The man told me he was sorry for the wait and that they would wash my car too... just to get my car back DIRTIER THEN WHAT IT WAS WHEN I ARRIVED. Look like they just threw water on my car and pulled off. This time I had a appointment made in advance through email & the lady calls and say they are sorry they are booked and the next appointment time not until Another week on a Wednesday! Bad timing because I have kids who are in school on top of that I was supposed to be hitting the road this weekend in my car & need my tires checked out it sucks to go anywhere else & pay because I have a warranty with them. Salesman Justin a good dude. But I regret buying car from this location. Horrible customer service if anything is wrong :( More

No big deal. They said that if they needed anything they would reach out the next day and resolve them. We then heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. 2) We received several phone calls 2 weeks after buying the vehicle saying that we owed them money because the payoff estimate was inaccurate and they needed to be able to pay off the car. 3) They call me a week after that looking for proof of income and residency (something that should of been taken care of the day of purchase) and blame it on the bank. When it was really their lazy sales/finance departments who didn't take the time to process our paper work on time. 4) I get a notice in the mail a month after purchasing the vehicle saying I am behind on my payments for the vehicle I sold to them. You know the one they were supposed to pay off so that I could purchase the new vehicle. The same vehicle they told me I owed them money on so that they could pay it off. And on top of it all when I call to get it resolved they told me that no one was available to speak with me because they were too busy or in a meeting. George Moore Chevrolet does not know how to take care of their customers and only cares about making a sale. More

This place is awful they have lost me as a customer from there non stop calls. Also no matter how many times I have asked them to stop calling they won't. Don't buy anything from these jobrones. More
Bad business- unscrupulous people Salesman makes a deal and then financial manager has all different numbers and BS explanations. Many extra added on costs. Lied to me continuously. I went in as my wife had to go out of town in 2 days and we noticed something on the engine connected to a broken fitting. After arriving at the service department I was met by Susan and a tech who as fast as I have ever seen , as a walk in, diagnosed the issue, explained the problem and walked me to the parts counter where the parts associated ordered the correct part within a few minutes, to be delivered the next day. I was given a install appointment for the following day, so I left my car. True to their word my car was fixed today by 1pm and the trip for tomorrow is going to happen, on schedule thanks to Susan and the professionals at George Moore Chebrolet....need I say Moore? More
