The service was completed quickly, that is the good part. Things did not get stolen from my truck as they did last time in service. As a review of last time, the truck went to service for what was thought to be a few hours. After 6 weeks I just got tired of the game and bought a new truck. When my wife went to pick up the new truck and transfer items from the old it already had a sold sticker on it. I am guessing g sales or service people saw a sold sticker on it and took what they wanted before it left the dealership, sales or service? I do not know. No video where the truck was parked so only the dealership knows what happen and why helps themself to vehicles within their control. More

Everyone that I spoke with (Kelsey, Mike, Scott and Joseph) were respectful, polite and with a degree of professionalism you typically do not find in Jacksonville.
