I’m from Arizona and my family got stranded in Galveston right after Christmas when we had a major mechanical issue with our van. After looking at all the options for getting all 7 of us and all our stuff b right after Christmas when we had a major mechanical issue with our van. After looking at all the options for getting all 7 of us and all our stuff back to our small town we decided buying a car would be our best option. I told Julio my needs and he showed me what they had that would work. They were very easy to work with and I was in and out in a relatively quick manner (it’s never in and out, anywhere). I purchased a 2013 Sequoia and within 3 hours of leaving the dealership my family was packed up and on the road back to AZ. About 4 hours into the trip the check engine light came on. It was 1 am in the middle of Texas, I watched gauges and kept driving. I was frustrated at this point, but problems happen, that’s life. I was nervous about how the dealership would respond. Long story short. We made it back to AZ. I got the car checked out and fixed at a local dealer and Gay Family Dealership paid for the repair. I’m not sure they legally needed to do that, but they did and they didn’t argue about it at all. Everyone I dealt with was great, and when things went wrong they took care of everything Can't really ask for more than that. More

We interfaced primarily with John Brittingham, who was very helpful throughout the whole process of getting our Kia repaired. When we first took the car to Gay, it was taken in immediately and there was n very helpful throughout the whole process of getting our Kia repaired. When we first took the car to Gay, it was taken in immediately and there was no delay in getting it triaged. He then kept us apprised by phone of what was going on. The time it took to complete repairs was a bit excessive, but there were parts delays over which Gay had no control an the car was in the shop over the Christmas and New Years holiday, which is not a good time to get anything done. I'm satisfied that John did all he could to speed things up. More
