Although it took 8 months to receive the parts needed, the repairs were done quickly. Communication with some of the service liaisons could be better. I left voicemails for Tanner multiple times and would the repairs were done quickly. Communication with some of the service liaisons could be better. Tanner was very helpful with squeezing me in to get my car fixed on multiple occasions. Initially on 2 occasions he squeezed me in for crash taping and then again was able to expedite the repair of my sun car fixed on multiple occasions. Initially on 2 occasions he squeezed me in for crash taping and then again was able to expedite the repair of my sunroof so that no damage was done. I truly appreciate the help and communication you and your team ALWAYS provide! Its difficult to get services done on my car with my work schedule and a toddler but Tanner and other members of the Kia team are always very flexible and make it happen! More
