At one point in the process we (the purchasers) got into an argument/discussion about L1/L2 chargers. Patrick diplomatically and patiently let us talk it out, answering questions and suggesting options. He showed us the charging station and walked us through the whole charging routine until we both were comfortable. When we took delivery, Patrick explained and demonstrated the options on the vehicle (media, comfort and safety features, etc.) patiently, completely, and clearly and got our phones set up to get us started. He reminded us that we should contact him immediately if we got stumped or had questions going forward. Patrick could serve as a model salesman for vehicles in general. Every time my car has been in they have had it for two weeks and they never have a loaner car available. The last time I had my car towed in they told me they could look at it mid week, when we call mid w weeks and they never have a loaner car available. It took 3 weeks to troubleshoot and fix an alternator issue under warranty. No car was offered as a vehicle to drive. They are not compensating me fully for the car rental. Only partial.
