Oh my gosh, my service was a mess and partially due to the review process which doesnt end. I have received 4 different solicitations for reviews now on the same service event (different review forums fo the review process which doesnt end. I have received 4 different solicitations for reviews now on the same service event (different review forums for some reason) and provided 3 reviews plus this one…..which resulted in 2 callbacks from “the service manager”. The 2nd service manager who called 10 days after the first was angry (at me) about his department not completing the oil service properly. Please stop…sending….reviews….the phone numbers of the managers are 281-337-8345(decent concerned guy), and 281-337-2521 for the angry guy who belittled me for pointing out they didnt reset the oil light. Not a big deal on the oil light until you made me concerned that your anger may possibly be taken out on my wife if she ever brought the car back to the dealership for service. Ps: salesman maintains a high rating, but this review engine wont allow posting without picking a name….and I dont know the service guys name just phone number. More

Bottom line. . 31/2 +hours to do a 15k service without any update from the service consultant as I waited. . Appointment made 2 weeks prior. I asked about the wait with no concern expressed by service consultant. In my time in the service dept I saw maybe 10 people come in. Service Manager never greeted a customer or came to check why serveral customers were there on a long wait. Service? I saw the other consultant update his customer. I came in at 9:15. At noon I asked what was going on and I was told I’d be ready to go in 15-20 mins. At 12:40 they pull my car up and put paperwork and key on consultant’s desk. Instead of looking for my car my consultant was sitting in the Service Managers office. I asked the other consultant to get my invoice so I could pay and leave. He didn’t acknowledge my request in anyway just walked away to get my consultant. I came in expecting to get just an oil change but he sold me on the 15k service which included oil change for $220. I knew there would be tax. When I saw the bill it included (above the 15k service and tax) a $30 charge. I questioned it. He told me it was for oil disposal then he said let me see that… and without explanation took the charge off and tore the bill up and printed a new invoice. Now I don’t know if he did me “a favor” or he made a mistake or meant to overcharge me. I was patient and never demanding or upset This was my third service at your dealership after purchasing my car at Fort Bend Kia. The previous two went fine. I think I’ll need to find another Kia service department for my next service More
