The rep that initially helped me with my oil change was nice, professional, and had good communication. I came in on Wednesday for an oil change. During the visit I had asked about paint repair for a small chip on the door that I had previously talked to Pete about, and he quoted me around $50, which was more than reasonable. The service consultant was so incredibly nice, and asked a few other people about the paint chip since it was collision dept not service, and he didn't want to tell me anything incorrectly. When I was all finished and the keys were given back to me, he had said that Monday morning I can bring the car in to get the paint chip repaired at no cost. I thought that it was so nice for them to fix a small paint chip at no cost- especially for something that wasn't their doing. Until I came in on Monday.. JR helped me on Monday and was obviously unhappy that someone told me there wouldn't be a cost. He was rude, and very short with me- and even made it a point to say that they don't repair things for free because they have to mix up a qt of paint at minimum. All over something that I was happy to pay for in the beginning, but was told there would be no cost, then to get treated poorly on the visit. I am thankful that they fixed the chip so well, but they easily could have said "hey, I'm sorry for the miscommunication- there is normally a cost for this and you have been misinformed. We can/cannot repair it for free this time...blah blah blah." But that isn't what happened, and that disappointed me because every other time coming here I have had nothing but great service. More
