I was told that all customers under Toyota Care are required to do that. I did not like how I was treated. As a long term customer, this is my fifth lease thru Toyota, this is by far the most inconsiderate I was treated. The service end was fine and I got to see Mike Feahy but customer service really needs to be worked on. More
