Our Subaru Outback Purchase My wife and I were in the market to replace our 2008 vehicle with a newer vehicle. We spotted a very nice Subaru Outback at the Gates Toyota use My wife and I were in the market to replace our 2008 vehicle with a newer vehicle. We spotted a very nice Subaru Outback at the Gates Toyota used car lot. As my wife and I were taking a closer look at the Subaru, we were pleasantly greeted by Mercedes. She was very informative about the vehicle and offered us to take a test drive. As we were test driving, Mercedes was showing and explaining to us the vehicle's features and options. The test drive sold the car to us, now it's time to talk numbers! Mercedes and I went back and forth for a while on a selling price. Making a long story short, we were able to meet on a good selling price and fair trade in value for our 2008 vehicle. After the selling price agreement, my wife and I dealt with Landon for financing. Landon was very courteous and professional. He made borrowing the money very easy!! Overall, dealing with Mercedes and Landon was a no pressure/no stress atmosphere which is what we love about Gates. And as for the Gates Automotive Group, they have always made car buying a wonderful experience throughout the DECADES when my family needed to buy a vehicle! Satisfied overall with service. I dropped in to the Service Center because my tire light came on, and I wanted any issues resolved before I left on a road trip to Frankfort, KY. The service rep was courteous and kept me informed of what they believed the problem was. Unfortunately as they worked, they discovered the sensors had to be replaced, not simply repaired. I was thanked for my patience. My only disappointment was that twice in the last 6-7 weeks that tire light had come on and I visited the Service Center. It took until the 3rd trip to go deep enough to discover the underlying reason the tires were losing pressure. I have had no further problem since my visit. More

Mercedes went out of her way to get the purchased vehicle into the shop to review and resolve two minor issues that we discovered during the test drive. She also agreed to deliver the sedan to my home....
