I'm trying to understand why appointment times are necessary if they don't get in on time and it takes two hours for an oil change / tire rotation. We drive an hour and fifteen minutes to use Gates service. We brought two cars in a half hour apart and each vehicle took two hours. My hope is you will respect your customers time. More

I always appreciate the free transportation service. The driver was friendly. My only observation is his driving of the shuttle van. He drove "like he stole it" if you get my meaning. It was constant! I had to ask him to use the cruise control because it was so bad. Great guy, safe driver, but his driving with the acceleration.
