I feel comfortable going to his dealership and just browsing because there isn't any pressure to buy a car on the spot. Some dealerships, entice you to come in with prizes and such and don't deliver or say they "ran out". Or they keep you there by playing a game of, "if we drop the price down $XXX.XX, will you buy it now?" This is disrespectful of a potential customer's time. This didn't happen at Gary Rome which is why we went back. We did our research with other car dealerships for every purchase we made.
