Our first salesman was Jack, who gave me an excellent test drive in the 2017 Santa Fe Sport 2.0 Ultimate, which is what we were looking to purchase. No pressure, just a good intro the vehicle. Jack wasn't available when we came back on Black Friday, so we worked with Pauli. He gave us a great deal both on the vehicle and on our trade-in. Moreover, the Ultimate with the Tech Package is VERY hard to come by, but the dealership went the extra mile to obtain the car we wanted in a beautiful red exterior (which was one of my color choices) from a dealership in New Hampshire. When we arrived a few days later to pick up the vehicle, we had a nice conversation with Keith to go over extended warranty and other options, and we also met Gary and his dog, both of whom were great. First time meeting the owner of a car dealership! We had an excellent experience overall and would recommend this dealership to other customers. More
