I went to Lia Honda and felt pushed and by the time I was finally got to walk out I was so stressed and unhappy. I almost decided to not even get a new car at all ... so we went to Gary Rome Hyundai ( only c finally got to walk out I was so stressed and unhappy. I almost decided to not even get a new car at all ... so we went to Gary Rome Hyundai ( only cause my hubby said let’s just check)..Was in lot looking and Jason A cane outside to talk to us . I felt understood, relaxed and appreciated and he was so transparent and helpful. Didn’t make me feel pressured and got me a good price for my 2024 Elantra lease ! Even was able to get me registered and pick up my car by Monday afternoon! ( we went on a Sunday) Thank you so much Jason and the management team! I will absolutely refer anyone to them. I am so happy with my new car and how everything went down. Also Chris in finance was awesome. Thank you soooo much! More
Dishonest! I'm very disappointed with the sales person not listening and being condescending. I've been leasing with these people for more than 10 years but sin I'm very disappointed with the sales person not listening and being condescending. I've been leasing with these people for more than 10 years but since they moved to a bigger building their egos and greediness grew even bigger. I'm not even gonna talk about the service department. It's absolutely xxxx. If they can come up with a way of charging you for the air that you breathe while in there, they'll do it. Never again!!!!! More
The service department is very well versed in professional speech and knowing how to really pull you along…to xxxx. Get ready to grab the popcorn and cue the violins. I had a ‘knock sensor’ rep professional speech and knowing how to really pull you along…to xxxx. Get ready to grab the popcorn and cue the violins. I had a ‘knock sensor’ replaced on my Tucson after having it less than a year. I was driving the car then it went into limp mode ( where the car won’t go over 30-40 miles to protect the engine) on the Mass pike. Very scary and dangerous !Then another 6 months later same thing happened again and yes vehicle went into limp mode again on the Mass Pike. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve had it towed in. Do you think it’s been looked at, we know what’s going and I’ve been communicated with through this stressful process? Nope. My service advisor Felix disappeared and was told he no longer worked there. It’s just as well since he could not be bothered to ever acknowledge or speak to me even when after calling numerous days and times, I finally turned up in person. Spoke to Megan the manager quite a few times and in depth to no avail. She’ll really give you a good idea of “everyone’s stories being different and not the same” when I spoke of the long wait list ahead of me with all the people they have endlessly waiting. Still no diagnostic check, still no answers and still regretting my decision of choosing this lowest dealership. Took me 2 weeks to get a courtesy vehicle as well with me calling basically everyday. But hey loved the courtesy vehicle but do not love the lack of integrity, actually professionalism, respect and honesty that comes with this package of absolute xxxxxxxx. This is not something I ever thought I’d write about and really fits a horrible soap opera you can’t turn off the TV because it’s so disgustingly sick. This will be my last time purchasing a Hyundai and my last interaction with Gary Rome Hyundai. I own a Vizsla myself and still wouldn’t use him to entice naive customers to think I actually cared about people. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had. From making an appointment to see a car I had found online, right through driving off the lot, it was a pleasant, no pressure experience. I'm extreme From making an appointment to see a car I had found online, right through driving off the lot, it was a pleasant, no pressure experience. I'm extremely happy with the 2020 Kia Optima I bought. Jack Eisenstadt was my sales specialist, very friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make the entire process go smoothly. He even came out to check that everything was OK while I was sitting in the car getting used to the location of all the buttons seat adjustments before driving home. I will definitely be recommending this dealer to my friends! More
I was on a waiting list to be one of the first to purchase a Hyundai Ioniq 5 in 2022, and Hyundai assigned my deposit to Gary Rome. In March, I got a call that my vehicle was on its way. My family an purchase a Hyundai Ioniq 5 in 2022, and Hyundai assigned my deposit to Gary Rome. In March, I got a call that my vehicle was on its way. My family and I came in to test-drive. We liked the car, and I was ready to purchase the vehicle on the spot. However, the sales person informed us that the dealership's policy was to charge 5K over MSRP. I tried to negotiate this politely- the car was already quite pricey. The sales person said he would check with his manager, came back and said there wasn't much he could do, but promised to check once more and call me back. I never got any further contact from the dealership, not even to follow up and tell me they wouldn't sell me the car at close to MSRP. The price-gouging was bad enough, but to not even have the courtesy to be back in touch with me showed utter disdain for a customer who was clearly prepared to buy a car. Spend all you want on funny local TV ads, Gary Rome - treating customers who don't want to pay thousands over MSRP like dirt is no way to run a business. I just bought a Kia EV6 from a rival dealership, didn't pay a penny over MSRP, and couldn't be happier with my new electric car. More
