Great Experience with Great People!! I went in looking for an SUV because of my family size. One of the sales reps, Pauli Bonavita approached me and asked if he could help. One we found w I went in looking for an SUV because of my family size. One of the sales reps, Pauli Bonavita approached me and asked if he could help. One we found what was affordable for me he found me a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. I loved everything about it except for the color. I expressed that to Pauli through text message later that night. The next day he asked me to come in and he got me into a certified pre owned Santa Fe with a color I loved. I noticed it did not have floor mats so I mention it to Pauli and he said I may have to buy them. When I came in for my registration he had beautiful brand new all weather mats that was the cherry on top. You could not have a better experience than I did at any dealership in the country. We received a recommendation to visit Gary Rome Hyundai from a work colleague who had just leased a vehicle from them and they were extremely happy with their lease, so we came to check it out. Pauli Bonavita greeted us when we arrived and stayed with us through the whole leasing process. He treated us like we were old friends, was very informative, and went over all the leasing options letting us know what options would work best for us. We never felt pressured or rushed. Pauli went above and beyond to make sure that we got the car that we wanted...including the color that we had hoped for. I love my Hyundai Elantra more and more each day I drive it....it handles so easily and is very comfortable. It almost drives itself!!
