An honest experience. I was in the market for a new car because I was dissatisfied with my current vehicle and decided before paying more interest and investing in alignmen I was in the market for a new car because I was dissatisfied with my current vehicle and decided before paying more interest and investing in alignments, tuneups, and new tires the car was due, I wanted to flip the car for something brand new. I was interested in returning to the Hyundai brand and chose two nearby dealerships. Gary Rome's Brianna was aggressive in wanting to make the other dealership they were competing with and getting me in for an appointment. I had used Gary Rome eight years ago and decided to give the local dealership the first crack. Jack Eisenstadt was personable and worked hard to get my excited about the 2017 Elantra. When negotiating issues with pricing, his sales manager Glenn Call was extremely honest and transparent, informing of me of poor tactics being used by another dealership. Because of their honesty and transparency, I made the decision to make a deal with these folks and I got a good price on a new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I also got to hang out with Jack, which is pretty fun. I also have to compliment the owner Gary Rome. He is very present in his dealership making sure customers are happy.
