My experience was overall a good one. I appreciated the patience the sales rep had and also the time he took to hear what I was looking for and work within my budget. I do feel like they I appreciated the patience the sales rep had and also the time he took to hear what I was looking for and work within my budget. I do feel like they could have been more flexible on the overall pricing of the vehicle considering the KBB value was listed below the asking price. I also had to purchase the warranty and it ended putting me over my budget. Overall it was a good car buying experience and I would recommend the dealership. I would just advise people to stick to their budget even if it meant walking away from the car they love. More

A wonderful car buying experience! I chose to visit Gary Rome after they were recommended by several close friends. Upon arrival, Jack Eisenstadt greeted us outside and was able to get a good idea of what I was looking for. Considering my situation, having bought a used car only a year ago and wanting to trade it in, Jack took the time to work with me in a way that would guarantee the best outcome. Jack chose to start with running my credit and seeing where I could go from there as far as finances. He assured me that this was the best way to go because he did not want me to walk around looking at cars and fall in love with a car that I may not be able to afford. Jack presented me with very clear cut options, making it much easier for me to make a choice. Jack took a test drive with my boyfriend and I, then allowed me to take a test drive and show my grandmother my car, which was extremely important to me. Jack sold me the brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition and I could not be more thrilled about it. After the final inspection was complete and all paperwork was submitted, Jack took the time to take my boyfriend and I through the vehicle and show us how all of the features functioned. He was extremely helpful and enthusiastic. I also worked with Glenn Call and Jason from financing. All employees were extremely friendly and reassuring. They were all very helpful throughout the entire process and were always available/flexible when it came to communication and the overall purchasing process. After having had a poor experience previously with a different dealership, it was very refreshing to work with genuine individuals that were dedicated to finding me a car that was both affordable and reliable. I feel extremely happy with my choice to visit Gary Rome as well as with the choice that I made to purchase the new car that I did. I will absolutely refer those looking to buy a car to Gary Rome.
