We have a new 2012 Hyundai Elantra which didn't come with a spare tire. Our tire blew at the driveway to Pep Boys in West Springfield. Unfortunately, they didn't have a new tire but the service desk was very apologetic and the Sales Manager, Ed Bourbeau graciously gave us a ride home to Greenfield. They did well finding us a replacement tire (same type) and had our car ready the next morning. Originally, we didn't expect to pick up the car until friday, a day later. The Service Department(late night) were very informative and the sales department including Ed were very pleasant. We look forward to servicing our car again at Gary Rome in the near future. The entire staff speak very highly about working at Gary Rome and how they keep their employees so there isn't a major turn around like other dealers have. Gary Rome certainly looks and feels like a wonderful dealership that truly cares about their customers. I would highly recommend them for purchasing a vehicle and for the best customer service.
