I went to Gary Rome looking for an Elantra. I told Mark what I wanted, what I had to trade and that I had limited time to make a deal. All throughout the process, he was incredibly friendly and approachable. He was always available to take any question I had and did so with a smile on his face. We put the man through the wringer. Tough questions, tough negotiating, we did everything we could to get the best deal possible. Glenn was unflappable.
