John was extremely knowledgeable---answered all of my questions on the spot~ Extremely kind and attentive....when we were looking at cars -- He was focused on me and all my questions. John truly made my car buying experience at Gary Rome a pleasure. I drove away yesterday with a 2012 Elantra, and I love it. Before driving away, he took so much time explaining all the features in my new car. Once again...I had tons of questions----he answered every one of them with a smile! He made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone reading this post, to go to Gary Rome when looking for a Hyundai, used or new, and ask for John Linnehan. I emailed the Internet Sales Department at Gary Rome Hyundai in Holyoke about the 2012 Hyundai Accent 5 door Hatchback that I purchased last week. I came all the way from Maine (7.5 hour 470 mile trip), to have the 120k mile service done on my Hyundai vehicle, because I've found its hard to find someone to trust to work on my Hyundai XG 350L who know to have the 120k mile service done on my Hyundai vehicle, because I've found its hard to find someone to trust to work on my Hyundai XG 350L who knows what they are doing and charges a reasonable price. And my daughter speaks very highly of the staff in sales and service at Gary Rome Hyundai she lives in MA. I was VERY fortunate to deal with Phil because he was patient and took the time to explain everything my vehicle needed. And went above and beyond the call and looked over the entire car to see if there were any other potential problems. VERY luckily for myself and my wife, 2 serious problems were found that my local mechanic in Maine had missed, 1. I had no back brakes left, and 2. I had a bad tie rod. Either of those conditions could have gotten us killed on the way to MA, or on the way back to Maine. Thank God they were spotted and Phil notified us and explained in detail what we needed, with out question we had the repairs done and drove safely back to Maine the next day. I would with out hesitation recommend Phil and the entire Gary Rome staff to anyone looking for a car or needing their car repaired. I will absolutely make the trip again next time my car needs any major services done. Besides the superior service, the pricing was very reasonable! My local mechanic wanted to charge me 1300 dollars just for the timing belt never mind all the other services that the car was due for!! I was charged significantly less and got everything needed done on the car. I can drive my beautiful Hyundai XG350L with 100% confidence that my car is safe and will get me where I'm going thanks to Phil and the staff at Gary Rome. Thanks guys! This has been our third visit to the Service Department since purchasing our vechicle from Gary Rome and each time the service has been outstanding. With each visit we have been lucky to have David Spaffo since purchasing our vechicle from Gary Rome and each time the service has been outstanding. With each visit we have been lucky to have David Spafford, Service Department wait on us and he has gone above and beyond to make sure our needs have been met. Everything has been fully explained so we understand what was needed and has been done to our car during each visit. He has also asked before we leave if there is anything else we need or want to know. I have never been asked that at any other Dealerships i've purchased past cars from. I will make sure I always ask for him for all my future service visits. More
My father and I came into Gary Rome looking to lease a car for me. Although I would be the principle driver, I needed my father to co-sign since my credit score is low. We had a good idea of what we were looking for, and Jason Cisek was really helpful on finding us what we could afford. It is exactly what I want and need, and my payments are exactly where I wanted them to be. We chose to lease the car, and the finance company did not want to lease the car if my name was on it because my credit is so poor. My dad really wanted it in my name to help build positive credit as well as for insurance purposes. Gary Rome was extremely helpful in talking to the bank on our behalf, and the lease was able to go through. I absolutely love my car; I love the style, how it drives, and I love that I can fill the tank for under $40 a week (a full tank lasts me 5-6 days!!). Jason was really straight foward with us, and made the whole process of leasing this car pleasant and stress-free. Gary really went the extra mile by personally involving himself with the bank. This was my father's second purchase from Gary Rome and my first, but we will both be returning in the future because we were treated so well! More

They even washed and vacuumed it! I was very well treated when I bought it and,if possible,have been even better treated for service work. Great people,Great service,Fair prices- What more can you ask for?? More
