We needed a new car quickly, but were dreading shopping for one. After going to 2 other dealerships to look at other brands, we decided to check out the Hyundai Sonata. We are so glad we did. I love my 2013 Hyundai Sonata! Its my first Brand New car. For a first time buyer i was impressed with the purchase process. Mark was very laid back during the whole thing. Jason was wonderful. He answered all my questions and was not just pushing to sell me the car. The process for myself I found overwhelming as this is only the second car I purchased and Jason made the proces not just pushing to sell me the car. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the various cars that were available for sale and his ability to discuss with us the differences in such things as MPG ratings and overall performance ratings on the various models. It was his initial greeting and friendly behavior that sold us on buying a car at this dealership. The following week I went back to the Dealership with a few questions and an issue I had with a loose mirror. Not only did Jack, our sales person, greet me when he saw me but he took the time to show me the service department and introduce me to the service personnel, who were also very friendly and accomodating. My questions and issues were resolved to my satisfaction. It was the best experience I ever had with a car dealership. More
