I was shopping for a new Tuscon or Santa Fe. My requirements were back-up camera, sun roof and red in color. Michael did show me the Santa Fe which I took for a test drive. John Linnehan was the salesman and most professional. I felt No pressure and clearly made the decision on my own. When I decided I wanted the car Ed Borbeau gave me a fair price on my trade-in and Jessica Reid found the lowest loan rate. I clearly did not have to lift a finger. John had the car inspected, removed my dump sticker from my old car to the new one LOL and even programmed my phone to the car. WHAT AWESOME service. After changing jobs, I went looking for a car that would give me better gas mileage but not break the bank. After calling the dealership and speaking with Jack, I knew I would have to go in to see what my options were. Jack was great because he gave me his cell phone to call him if I was coming in; however, he said if he wasn't available that I did not have to specifically work with him. In a business where a sale is your income, I really thought that this was a positive customer friendly attitude. When I did finally go in, Jack was not available, so I started working with Bill Watt. Bill totally understood my situation, and did not try to put me in a car that would overwhelm me financially. He also did not make any false promises or try to push anything on me. It was great to hear him and Dave tell me that whatever price I was offered today would be the price I would get tomorrow so there was no stress to purchase the car. Bill answered multiple questions and followed up each and every time I had a question. He went over the car in details and even told me he would follow up with me in about a month so he could better calculate when I should come in for my first oil change. I was surprised to find out that their service department is open until midnight. One thing that surprised me was that there was an error on the car fax for the minivan I was trading in. Dave immediately got to work trying to fix the error regardless that I hadn't purchased a car yet. He told me, whether I bought a car from them or not, they wanted to make sure that my car fax was fixed so that the issue did not haunt me. Overall, all three gentlemen were great, and I really enjoyed my car buying experience. My wife and I have already determined that Gary Rome Hyundai will be our first visit the next time we need a car. More

Unlike salesmen at other dealerships, Mark is not pushy and allows his customers to explore the cars on the lot without being followed around. When you have a question about a certain car, he will gladly answer it. Another thing that I really enjoy about Gary Rome Hyundai is that you can test drive as many cars as you want without the salesperson in the car. This makes you feel less pressured during the test drive and allows you to fully evaluate how the car performs. All of the employees we worked with at the dealership, including Mark, provided outstanding service that can't be found at other dealerships in the area. More
We had visited numerous dealerships and ended up buying our Tucson from Gary Rome. The people here made us feel very comfortable and we didn't feel pressured into buying anything like we did at other Hyun our Tucson from Gary Rome. I had originally planned on going to an entirely different dealership, but ended up at Gary Rome Hyundai. He gave me and my boyfriend a chance to walk around the lot and look at the cars before coming over and introducing himself. He wasn't pushy at all, and really seemed to care about me getting a good car and having a good expierence as a first time buyer. I bought a 2007 Kia Rondo and I LOVE her!!! Mark even remebered that I named her Violet. He went way above and beyond, and that was after the car was sold. He is a great person and I would recomend Gary Rome Hyundai to anyone buying a car, and I would DEFINITLY say go to Mark when you get there! More
