Gary Rome Hyundai

I came in looking for a 2013 Hyundai Veloster. I was pleased to be remembered by so many of the staff and greeted by name. I was greeted outside by Rick, taken inside and introduced to Cliff & my sales pleased to be remembered by so many of the staff and greeted by name. I was greeted outside by Rick, taken inside and introduced to Cliff & my sales person Paul. I was shown the vehicle I was interested in, took a nice test drive. A the color and model Veloster I wanted was located for me and we went through the financing process. And I have to applaud Cliff and Jessica and Paul for doing such a great job! I got my new Veloster today (11/28/2012). I also spent some time in Service department and parts making appointment for my first free oil change, and buying some accessories. Paul spent over an hour going over the car with me to make sure I knew how all the many many options on this car work. I just cannot praise the staff enough! Everyone there is so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this dealership and my salesman Paul Shannon!! You will not regret buying here! Its not just a commercial, you really do get treated like family, and having a place you can trust to buy and service your car is truly priceless! My dad loves this dealership so much he drives 8 hours down from Maine to have his Hyundai's major services done here! More
