My salesman Glenn made me feel cared about. He considered all the options with me, gave me time to process those options, answered my questions, and relieved any concerns I had. He gave me all the tools I needed to make a confident, informed decision, and made me feel comfortable in doing so. When I fell in love with a car that was just slightly outside my price range, Glenn and Ed made it happen - while still remaining within the confines of my budget. With an offer that was difficult to refuse, I was super excited and couldn't wait for the keys! When I came to pick up my car the next day, Glenn spent over an hour with me, setting up my bluelink and going over the extensive technological features my new Hydaui offered.
