I am exceptionally happy with my whole experience purchasing my new Forrester. Darlene was very professional and able to answer all of my questions in an honest and straight-forward manner. When I called to make an appointment and I explained I was a senior citizen who was being very cautious about COVID process/contacts, Darlene thoroughly explained procedures in place at the dealership, and she kindly met with me outside for some of the discussion as an extra precaution (even though dealership process was excellent). At my appointment she had narrowed down the options based on our phone discussion, and this streamlined the purchasing process. My appointment was at 1:15 and I drove out with my new car before 5PM! This is the third Subaru that I bought at this dealership and I have used the service department for years; I always have been well taken care of. This purchase was no different. Darlene followed-up with me after the purchase several times to make sure I understood all of the new features on this 2021 and that I was a satisfied, happy customer (which I am). More

Everything was fine but I had asked for someone to chane my clock and though they said it was done it actually wasn't which I discovered when I drove out. Garavel is excellent! Went in for my 32,500 service. Did an oil change, rotate tires, and safety check. $225.00 plus tax. Wound up replacing my front brakes. Overall, total was $691.00 and change. However, Garavel was still cheaper than other Subaru dealerships and auto places in the area. More

My car buying experience here was amazing. We came three separate times to look at the cars and finally made our decision at 415pm at night on Saturday when they closed at 5.
