The only part that was a bit frustrating was the hour and a half wait to meet with the Finance person at the end. We were originally told 30 mins, but it took much longer. I’ve never waited that long to complete a purchase. I understand it is busy in the weekends, but given that should probably think about having more Finance people working so the wait is not so long. As before I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, handed my keys to the technician, and learned exactly what the service would include and the approximate cost. I stopped by the dealership to simply see what their vehicle options were, as my current non-Subar I had a fantastic experience at Garavel Subaru! I stopped by the dealership to simply see what their vehicle options were, as my current non-Subaru lease was nearing the end. I felt so comfortable with the atmosphere there, and with the way that I was treated, that I walked out having leased a brand new vehicle. My salesman, Chris Scarlett, listened to the specific list of what I was looking for, and very quickly provided me with the perfect option. Together, with Sales Manager Teddy Mochlas, we negotiated a deal that I was very comfortable with. Chris and Teddy both went above and beyond to ensure that I received everything I was looking for. I received continual updates from Chris as to the status of my vehicle; when it arrived at port, to the dealership, etc. Even after I took possession of the vehicle Chris followed up multiple times to ensure that I was happy with my decision. I have leased many vehicles over the years, and I have NEVER received this level of professional treatment before. Chris and Teddy both made me feel like Family, and I am very proud to now be driving a Garavel vehicle. More

When we decided to purchase a pre-owned vehicle instead, he alerted us of a great deal on a low mileage Forester. We absolutely love the car and are thrilled with our decision. Wow! I can write an opus but I let me start here. I started thinking about a replacement car almost three months ago. As an academic, I researched and deliberated, made a decision on the make of car and I entered my contact information into a portal. I received an expeditious response and subsequent communications from Dave Novik-one of the more pleasant and patient human beings on this earth. By the end of March, I was in my Subaru Touring. Gary first showed me the car I thought I wanted and Dave walked me through the process from test drive to final signature with calls and emails in between. Tom in the Business office matched my credit union's rate without incident and efficiently completed my paperwork in the short time I had before teaching a class. The moral of this story is that I think of car dealerships with a considerable amount of skepticism and Dave Novik and Garavel changed my thinking. The car purchasing experience was more exciting than angst provoking which I suspect has to do with Garavel's culture. I got exactly what I wanted in a car with a few extra comforts and without the usual high pressure strategies that we imagine are employed in the industry. Once the purchase was finalized, I experienced their tradition of introducing new Subaru owners to each department that we might encounter as Garavel Subaru clients and each department contributed a token to a gift bag as I met them: portable coffee mug, keychain, pen, flashlight and screwdriver set. I also got a photograph with my new car before leaving the lot. That is a critical application of customer service and demonstrates a wholistic car buying experience. This is an extraordinary practice. More importantly, I am a customer for life. The car buying experience at Garavel and specifically with Dave should be part of the best practices manual for all companies. Thanks to Dave Novik and everyone who ensured the timeliness of taking possession of my car. Each time I drive it, I will be reminded of the effort put forth to acquire it. This was quite a pleasant experience - just what a car buying interaction should be. More

I had a great experience with Miles. On my first visit I came to test-drive something that wasn't quite right.
