Purchase of the vehicle was excellent. Fair negotiation and no pressure sales. Courtesy delivery was much appreciated. Only issue was follow up title paperwork. The title was supposed to be sent to my lienholder so that they could process the title application. However, they sent everything to my local licensing official. As a result, I had to go to the licensing official’s office and pick up the title and deliver it to my lienholder. I am now waiting on my lienholder to process the title application so that I can make another trip to the licensing official’s office to finally get a tag for my vehicle. More
