Worst Service Possible Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for an oil change/tire rotation and speaker problem. 10:30 am appointment. 3 hours later, notified car Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for an oil change/tire rotation and speaker problem. 10:30 am appointment. 3 hours later, notified car not even started yet. Manager advised reservation had a mis spelling so service advisor wrote up as walkin - no appointment. Oh yeah and while car is finally getting its oil change, an email arrives saying car is ready -and it was not, 4.5 hours total later, oil change and tire rotation done. They said cant find anything wrong with speaker but within 10 seconds of listening you can hear sounds and door shakes. Going to a different dealer as its clear here, they dont care about service and to be honest dont know what they are doing. More
