But when my Girlfriend was in the market for a Jeep Renegade lease we dicided to give it another shot. We called ahead because we were going mid afternoon on a sunday to make sure they would be able to help us and Eric answered the phone. He was nothing but friendly and professional the entire time we were working with him. The negotiation was painless and the transition into finance was great. When Chris took over it was a lot of the same, he was friendly and explained everything in detail. We ended up purchasing a couple additional protections without a single ounce of pressure because of the way he was able to explain things. I will be going back now just because of those 2.
