Horrible Customer Service....DO NOT GO TO GALEANA CHRYSLER I had just purchased a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica when the check engine light came on. It was still covered under warranty, so I called Galeana to s I had just purchased a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica when the check engine light came on. It was still covered under warranty, so I called Galeana to service. The lady on the phone said they were booked for appointments for the next several weeks, but it looked like the service department was slow at the moment. I hopped in my car and drove 5 minutes down the road to Galeana. The guy told me they would need to keep my car for week to diagnose and did not provide loaner cars. I am a working mom with two kids and that doesn't fly with me! They were totally unwilling to help me! I called Cape Coral Chrysler and had my car fixed that same day. I will NEVER go to Galena again, even if it is only 5 minutes away. They need to rethink their customer service department! Worst I have ever seen. More
