Best experience I've had so far. I enjoyed working with Ken. I didn't like that the service department and the detail department aren't open during sales hours on Sundays. I had to come back to have my truck detailed and the navigation system turned on, which took half a day to complete. I would've preferred to have everything done before delivery. I believe that the dealership could've hit my budget requirements but they came close enough that I couldn't say no. They were "unsure" about dealer cash available and seemed to not be completely honest with how the the payments were configured. I was a salesman too and don't know of a single dealership that would be upfront with that information so I can't hold it against them. Still it was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. Ken really made me feel welcome and comfortable. When I came back to have my service done I worked with Juan, who was very honest and helped expedite my day. More

While waiting for my car to be serviced test drove many cars before finally selecting the Jeep (btw this is my 3rd Jeep and I was not in the market to buy a 4th). Worked with Monty Grimm, New Sales Manager. Although, there were some trying moments Monty handled me professionally. After nearly 30+ hours of negotiations Monty and I came to common ground and I left feeling very satisfied. The finance department, Dane and Chris, were excellent in explaining the different finance and warranty options. Follow-up with Dwayne in the service department has also been smooth. Overall a scary but memorable experience. More

Very Good. Came in to the dealership for a price quote on a New Jeep Patriot. Sol, He found three that would work. He was able to handle the fact that I growled at him during the conversation (he couldn't find a jeep with everything I wanted and I was getting frustrated) in stride. Then he showed me some features of the Jeep after I made my purchase. After months of Shopping for a jeep I got a good one I think Even if it does not have everything I was looking for it is a giant Leap of a upgrade to my last car. They were the only jeep dealer ship that seemed to want to work with me on purchasing the Patriot. More

The sales staff was nice enough to go over the entire car with me and made sure I understood every last detail on how it operated. I'm pretty indecisive and I never once felt rushed. Since having the car, I received a very nice follow up call from Kenneth making sure everything was fine and that I was happy with my purchase. I really couldn't have asked for more from these guys. After my purchase Alex showed me how to set the functions in the car and what each gadget did. Then he called me a few days later to make sure everything was okay, and about a month after that he checked up on me again. In the meantime I did have a battery issue (basically from sitting in the lot the battery just needed to be charged up) Alex came to my work to get my car, took it to the shop and then brought it back by the end of my work day to drive home. I didn't have to waste ANY time with maintenance of this issue and it was fixed very quickly. If I were to buy another car I would definitely shop here again! More
