I also met Mr Galeana himself and he was the most personable and down to earth person I have met. It impressed me that he took time out of his busy schedule to spend a little time with me and my husband. I can't remember all of the personnel that I encounter but by far, they were the best of all of the dealers I visited. More
The worst service experience I own a 300 srt and called up my local dealership to see when I would be able to get my car in for service. The lady the initally took my call advise I own a 300 srt and called up my local dealership to see when I would be able to get my car in for service. The lady the initally took my call advised me that it would be over two weeks but suggest another company that could do service on behalf on Chrysler and their warranty. I called that company and the gentleman stated that I should talk with the manager at Galeana in order to start the process so that I don't have my car towed their for no reason. I called the service manager Tim and he stated that he has never heard of this or even the company. He stated that I would have to wait over two weeks without a car for them to even look at it. When asking for any other options he said that they were the only place that can do the work and that they have a bunch of cars that have been sitting for a week without anyone looking at them. This is unacceptable service and you should not purchase from a dealership that is unable to service their own cars. More

He said that if we wanted he could show us all of them in stock. We took one of the nearby rams and drove around the dealership (they have cars stashed all over the place) looking at various trucks. After I narrowed down which ones I liked the best we went on a test drive in one. He showed us some of the nice stuff the trucks had to offer. I wanted to try out one of the other ones as well and he said take it for a spin on our own. After telling him I really wanted one of the limited editions that are hard to find, he started checking other dealers. He realized that they actually had one in stock but nobody knew where it was hiding at. He drove all around the dealership (something like 23 acres) to find it secretly located behind a bunch of the commercial vans. He brought it back up to the front where I was waiting and walked us through it all. He laid out all the pricing and all the extra packages that we could get. After deciding exactly what I wanted he summarized the out-the-door cost for us. I made him a counteroffer and he came back with a number slightly higher than I could afford. I gave him another offer and he came back saying that he could do that. The entire time he was one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and hard-working dealers I have ever encountered. He was not a pushy salesman but he still knew his stuff. He even called a couple days later to see how everything was going and if I liked my new purchase. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I will be doing all of my business with Kenneth and Galeana from now on. More
