Walked in as strangers, left as friends! I am very thankful to have met Kenneth McKinney, Larry Seiple, and their associates at Galeana Dodge. I had been to many dealerships looking at every I am very thankful to have met Kenneth McKinney, Larry Seiple, and their associates at Galeana Dodge. I had been to many dealerships looking at every car make and model out there, but ultimately the excellent customer service here at Galeana and the exciting features of their car made my choice for me. They took an enormous amount of time thoroughly answering the millions of questions I had, explaining in-depth the ins and outs of car buying and leasing. This is my first experience with Dodge and I look forward to returning to this dealership and working with these good people for my future car needs. They gave me a great deal on the car I chose and also showed me how to evaluate false advertisements from other places that were promising prices that only exist if you qualify for selective incentives. Getting a new car is a nerve-wracking process, but Kenneth McKinney and Larry Seiple were extremely friendly and accommodating. If you are tired of getting the run around from other dealerships and being badgered by pushy salespeople, I suggest you go talk to them! Thanks Galeana! More
Very disappointed! I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. The day after I picked my car up the engine light came on. I was told as long as it was not blinking I could drive I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. The day after I picked my car up the engine light came on. I was told as long as it was not blinking I could drive the car, so I waited until the weekend to bring it in. They read the code and said it was the knock sensor. They didn't replace it but instead cleared everything and sent me on my way. Two days later the engine light was back on, I returned the following weekend and was told, they had to replace a computer which was vin specific so I needed to return the next weekend. The following weekend the computer was replaced and by Tuesday my engine light was on again. I returned the following weekend and was told it was my knock sensor (which they didn't replace from the start), they did not have this part and would not have it for several days. Since I needed my car for a road trip I was taking, I drove to Punta Gorda to get the part and brought it to Galeana to put in my car. I took my trip and made it to my destination without the light going on, however on the way home it came back on. I returned to the dealer and was told that they didn't know what is wrong with my car and they had emailed Chrysler. My sales person Valerie, and John up front have been understanding and helpful through all of this, as well as George in the service dept. However, the rest of the service dept have not. In the short time that I have owned this car I have only not been up to that dealership 1 week. Galeana, Chrysler, or both need to do something to get things fixed! If they've sold me a lemon they need to take care of it! This is crazy! More

Repair work on a difficult car I took in my 2005 Crossfire for repairs to my soft top after being told by another local dealer that they didn't really fell like working on it. The repairs turned out to be rather extensive due to rodent damage to the entire wiring harness. Mark Busch in the Body Shop kept me informed of its status the entire time it was in the shop (over a month since parts are out of production and hard to find). The diagnosis and repairs were performed by Billy England, who the folks at the dealership call "the MAN when it comes to Crossfires". I couldn't agree more - what a fantastic person!! I drove up to the garage to thank Billy when I picked it up yesterday. He came out, went over the repairs with me, and showed me a few little things I still needed to tend to. He has been certified to work on Crossfires since 2004 and not only knows them inside and out, but has an obvious love of the little cars. I highly recommend their body shop and repair shop to anyone needing service or repairs on their cars. Fantastic customer service and great people to work with!!! More

Poor Service Made an "appointment", 2 wks out because they're "so busy" for 8:30am on a Tuesday morning. Appointment scheduling associate told me the service being performed on my Jeep would take 1 1/2hrs. When I came in for my appointment at 8:30 I was told they'd need it longer. I advised my service coordinate, George, that I needed it by 2 at the latest. Showed up at 1:45, was told by George that my car hadn't even been looked at. Offered to put me in a rental but my main concern is this dealerships inability to keep their appointments. I had my car here two weeks prior and again told it would only be 2 hours. Took them the better half of a day to complete that too. In my opinion, don't drop your car off, sit here and babysit them... Or they'll keep jerking you around and get to your vehicle whenever they feel like it. More
Happy tith Ken McKinney This is the second Jeep we have purchased from Ken McKinney. Was disappointed at first when Ken couldn't find the Grand Cherokee V8 that I wanted. Bu This is the second Jeep we have purchased from Ken McKinney. Was disappointed at first when Ken couldn't find the Grand Cherokee V8 that I wanted.
