My sales person was Daniel Gonzalez, Sales Manager Rico Manley, General Sales Manager Al Rodriguez, and Mark Mesa in Finance. All were friendly and respectful and went out of their way to make my stay at the dealership stress free. Without reservation, I can say that I love my truck and feel that I paid a fair price for it. I was very pleased with the experience that I had at the dealership while searching for the vehicle, negotiating the price and finalizing the paperwork. Every single person that I dealt with (see above) was professional and fun to be with. The time went by very quickly. I will definitely recommend Galeana to my family and friends. More

Chaos and confusion!! I attempted to purchase a 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD which was advertised on the internet from Galeana's used car department. I have to say from the begi I attempted to purchase a 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD which was advertised on the internet from Galeana's used car department. I have to say from the beginning I got the impression that the organization operated in complete chaos. I would liken it to "The Keystone Cops" but without the humor. I had to do the majority of my transaction over the phone and I would routinely get routed to another department or just cut off completely. My Credit Union experienced the same confusion both with the phones and with the finance department trying to get the required documents. I called on December 30, 2015 and made my offer. Bill in the used car department said he would present the offer to his boss and get back with me immediately. He did not!! I finally called back on December 31, 2015 and they counter offered and I accepted. The entire process was finally complete on January 9, 2016 because they could not get the correct paper work to the credit union. I personally called Lauren in the finance department after I signed all of the documents with my credit union and asked her if she had everything she needed to complete the transaction. She said yes!! I asked again just to confirm and she said yes. I said great and would be down the weekend to pick up the Jeep. I asked if Bill was in and she said he was not. I asked if he would be in on the weekend and she said she did not know. I asked who I could talk to and she said Bill's boss or anybody in the used car sales department could help me. I departed on Saturday from Alabama. I had an 8.5 hour, 550 mile drive ahead of me. I called the Galeana during my drive and experienced the same confusion on the phones as I have earlier explained. I, after some frustration, finally got thru only to find out I was misinformed on the operation hours of the dealership. I stayed the night and showed up the next morning. It is now 11:00 am on January 11, 2016. I drive up in my truck pulling a trailer which I guess peeks the interest of the sales staff standing on the porch like vultures. I am greeted by Steve who is familiar with the transaction but states he did not know I was coming. He pulled the characteristic used car salesman xx and tried to distract me while he figured out what to do. I am out at the Jeep checking it out. I notice that the vehicle has not been detailed. The engine bay was filthy as was the interior. Finally, he comes up to me and says he does not have the proper documents to release the vehicle. I asked him what he was going to do to resolve the issue. He said he has done all he can do. I stated that I had an 8.5 hour, 550 mile trip to get back home and if he could not resolve the issue in the next fifteen minuted then I would be forced to leave. He said there was no short term fix. I left. I have never received another phone call from Galeana used car staff. I attempted to talk with those individuals responsible on the next day. No one has ever returned my call. Now thats customer service. Since I had not heard back from Galeana I was forced to stop the fund transfer. Thankfully, I was able to do that. I now am only out the wasted weekend, the 1200 miles of wear and tare, the $500 in expenses (fuel and hotel) and the $100 deposit. I would NEVER recommend any one do business with this dealership. The dealership operates in complete chaos, the used sales staff are your A typical dishonest, incompetent and lazy sale people. Customer service is beyond poor. I hope this helps future customers. Save yourself the frustration and money and go somewhere else to buy your next vehicle!! More

GALEANA CHRYSLER OF FORT MYERS FL. 2014 LARIAT LIMITED DIESEL ($62,000.00) truck, water damage. Mechanic took entire interior out, went to dealer, had interior laying all over shop floor with leather seats leaning up against greasy work bench and one seat against a shop vice with a dirty shop towel between it and the seat. (took pictures of all of this) When putting interior back in, he gouged the dash, center console and the center post on passenger side. Lumbar support not connected, parking brake brake sensor light stopped working in the middle of the day,(burnt the rotors and pads off the back) They did not put the sound deadener/insulation back under the carpet, now you can feel the standing seams in the floor pan (carpet is going to wear out on all the ridges in the floor) The rear decks under the seats have snaps to lock them down, now there under the carpet covered up but you can still feel them. Heater went out this week, haven't got to this issue yet, I'm sure at this point it is something that was not connected right. Called in to say the truck was ready (6pm, they close at 7pm) The service MANAGER could not find the keys to my truck after looking for them for an hour. I had to call home to get a ride. ( the keys were in the key cabinet with all the other customer key, he just didn't see them) WELCOME TO GALEANA CHRYSLER OF FORT MYERS This all started on 9/15/2015 More

I found Daniel Gonzalalez, who meet me at the door, to be vey knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I got a fair price on my trade in and new Grand Cherokee. I went back the next day to drop off my title. Two salesmen not only answered a question I had about removing pin stripping but went out to the car and removed it for mw More
the reason car buying is such a pain Don't do it. I have been to galeana 3 times in two weeks. A total of 12 hrs waiting for nothing. this place is the typical car shark dealership. it' Don't do it. I have been to galeana 3 times in two weeks. A total of 12 hrs waiting for nothing. this place is the typical car shark dealership. it's all that you hate about buying a car. your sales person has to go to the manager 20 times to finally get you a decent price, then when you read the paperwork the numbers are not what you negotiated. do yourself a favor if you're buying a car or truck don't go here. 30 minutes after I left I went to another dealership and in a half an hour signed the contracts for two cars. Please save yourself the frustration and the aggravation and stay away from this dealership. More
My experience leasing a dodge dart 2016 As I arrived at the dealership, I was helped by Daniel Gonzales a salesman and Al Rodriguez the manager. I was looking to lease a dodge dart 2016 from As I arrived at the dealership, I was helped by Daniel Gonzales a salesman and Al Rodriguez the manager. I was looking to lease a dodge dart 2016 from the start, Daniel was very helpful specially since he speaks Spanish which my dad is more comfortable speaking. He was very helpful with showing us all the great features the dart has to offer, I would definitely recommend Daniel as a salesman. We ended up leasing the car that same day and Daniel was able to give us the one we wanted at a great deal. It was truly a unique experience, if we need to trade in or buy a new car we'll know where to go. More

I was free to float from car to car with Lou not far behind. He was friendly, professional, and most of all knowledgeable! With a strict budget and not so great credit, I was sure I'd leave another lot without a new car. Lou was upfront and honest with any questions I asked. He was easy going and I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for many years. With Lou's help and guidance I was able to get into a new car! I will recommend Galeana and especially Lou for years to come!! More
