Deception I had purchased two FOB's on line for my car. I went to the Galeana dealer to get them programed and they said they could do it. It would be around $6 I had purchased two FOB's on line for my car. I went to the Galeana dealer to get them programed and they said they could do it. It would be around $60.00 for programing both. 2.5 hours later I was called to the service desk that the car was ready. I signed and paid for the programing of the FOB's and gave me my original key with the original FOB. Then I noticed on the invoice that only one could be programed. The other one they could not program. And since I did not buy them there was nothing they could OR WOULD do. Went to my car and tried the FOB and it didn't work either. I went back to the service desk and opened the FOB to find out there was no battery in it. That's ok. No problem I had a battery in the car and inserted it in the FOB. Then I noticed that the battery contact in the FOB was broken. To which INSTANTLY the service manager said not their responsibility. Again stating that because I did not purchased them there, it was not their responsibility. So now I'm out $65.00 and no keys. When I first asked them to program the FOB's they had no problem at all taking FOB's and my money. And they didn't mention any disclaimers. I guess As so many people do I will avoid Dealers as much as I can. They are rude, misleading, deceitful people. More

I was told is was a two hour wait and it was exact. Kudos to Duane Coleman who welcomed me to Galena and was very informative, pleasant and just a nice guy to talk to. I look forward to having my oil changed next month and I know all will go well. Great experience at Galena. More
If they can find your vehicle you brought in for service There is a total confusion with communication with the service department and customers if it happens at all. They do not call customers and you are forced to wait for hours and hours or keep calling and hope for a call back. We brought our vehicle in Monday and they did the "easy repairs" and oil change. They didn't even start checking on the main reason we brought it in until Wednesday. By Friday, it was still not done. Since we live and work in the vehicle, we have now paid for a rental car for a week and lost business. Luckily, we have had family to stay with. After calling them Monday, we were told to bring it back Tuesday morning at 7:30. When I arrived this morning, I was told they may not have time to look at it today. It is now 1 pm (I am sitting here with a room full of frustrated people) and no one has communicated anything with me about the status. The people in the waiting area are very nice and the technician himself seems to want to fix the problem, but service person does not seem to understand and does not understand the communication necessary for this type of situation. Last time they "lost our vehicle"-- it is 22 feet-- when it was here for three days for just an oil change. When they found it, our grey water tank was broken and the cover to the fuel hose fell down when we were driving down the interstate from them damaging both during the oil change (they did pay for repairs, but we had to spend the money and time to drive to a dealership 2 hours away and then drive 6 hours for the grey water tank repairs). We would go ANYWHERE else for repairs, but it is under warranty and only one technician is certified to work on a Promaster (some dealerships do not have one at all). We love the Promaster, but this kind of service is not acceptable in any way, but especially for a vehicle that is your home and livelihood! More

Everyone involved with our purchase including Sales Manager Dwight and Financial Closer Mike were very professional and pleasant. We did have brief dealings with Al who was unpleasant and aggressive - I would avoid him. Otherwise, we thought our buying experience was exceptionally good thanks to David, Dwight and Mike. More

Driving home that nigh Do NOT Buy a Vehicle from Galeana in Fort Myers!!!! BEWARE!!!! On Thursday 2/25/16 I purchased a Brand New 2015 Fiat 500 Pop. Driving home that night I noticed a rattle noise in the front driver side. Brought the car right back to dealer the next morning Friday 2/26/16. After sitting waiting for about 3 hours they told me they could not fix it Friday but should be ready on Monday or Tuesday. Called on Monday and they said would be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday now. Called on Tuesday and they said would be ready on Friday. I should mention that the first time I called they said they had NO record of my car even being there. In the mean time spoke with Sales manager Mauricio and he said he would take care of all of it but never got back to me so had to call and text him continuously throughout the process. I was told they had to order parts on Tuesday and that is what the hold up was. When I called them today and spoke with the service advisor he told me they did not have to order any parts and the vehicle had just been sitting in the shop since Friday morning. Called today and they said they have the dash off and "hope" to have it completed today. In the mean time I have been dealing with Fiat Corporation customer service on a daily basis and they have not been helpful at all as they also cannot get answers or get a hold of the dealership most of the time since this began. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and I will tell you this is ABSOLUTELY the Worst experience EVER. Also watch out for the finance department here as well...they tell lies to the customer and to the banks that they are getting financing from!!!! The guy flat out lied to the lenders and doubled the income amount I had written on my application AND reduced the amount that I told him I paid for rent!!!! WORST dealership Ever....STAY AWAY!!! More
