Very poor service Galeana Chrysler in Fort Myers Florida, has the worst service that I have ever seen on a new car. This is our 2nd time to have our band new Pacifica s Galeana Chrysler in Fort Myers Florida, has the worst service that I have ever seen on a new car. This is our 2nd time to have our band new Pacifica service .1st time we. Waited 4 1/2 hours , this time we've been here 4 hours and 40 minutes so far. They said it was fixed and we had to wait for quality control to make sure it was OK. We got in the car and guess what the Air Conditioner didn't work. It worked fine when we got here. We came in for a replacement door panel. What ever you do don't by here. Service is horrible. More

Unscrupulous sales tactics First and foremost the person I dealt with at the dealership told numerous lies throughout the process. Time and time again made untrue and incorrect statements about loans, commercial vs personal vehicles, commercial insurance, etc, etc. The person also tried to convince me the Chrysler discount code I gave them is no longer valid so I would HAVE to purchase from them to use it. I took over a week to weed through the lies and get a solid price. After review of the treatment and lies I drove an hour further to purchase the vehicle with no trouble, no lies and no typical dealer xx. I have purchased more than 20 new cars and this by far was the worst experience. Should the dealer like to see it I have saved all the texts and voicemails between us. More
