Ecstatic about my purchase from out of state Kenneth Mckinney was a great salesman to work with. I purchased a brand new viper from the dealership and I am about 1000 miles away . I never saw the car, other than pictures, and never met Ken face to face. Ken relieved the fears I had along the way and never stopped or failed to communicate in a timely manner. I received the car within eight days of saying I would take it. There is a lot of things to be completed such as ,signatures,finance,delivery,etc.. and Ken saw these thing thru. I can not say how much I love the this car and appreciate Ken Mckinney. I will be talking to Ken in the future when Dodge releases the demon car. Thanks Ken ! More

Unscrupulous I purchased two vehicles from this company. First one went fine. Second one, I didn't receive my plate for almost a month later. The general manage I purchased two vehicles from this company. First one went fine. Second one, I didn't receive my plate for almost a month later. The general manager, of all people, made up a story that it was my fault because I held back title information. He also said I requested a vanity plate which held it up. Both were false. I paid cash for the vehicle - NO trade-in. And I never requested a vanity plate. No apologies, no return phone calls, no truth. I ask you, of all the car dealerships out there, is this one you would consider? I have purchased many vehicles in the past, but never had this type of customer dis-service. More
