Total lack of honesty and customer clarity in sale of auto When you deal with this dealer--- BEWARE ! As they are deceptive and not nearly honest. They sold me a service package that amounted to nothing more t When you deal with this dealer--- BEWARE ! As they are deceptive and not nearly honest. They sold me a service package that amounted to nothing more than two oil changes for $1100 on a new lease car. The Chrysler warranty was for 3 yrs, while the service contract was for 2 years. What a bait and switch. When I asked them to cancel they said fine, but it may take 60 days. When I didn't get a refund in 70+ days I called Chrysler and was told that the dealer never cancelled the policy and they would take care of it. So expect the worst and you'll get it. Crooks, thru and thru. More

They hit my car in the service area! 16 days without my car, the reason being one of the employees hit my car. Even worse, the speaker was not fixed!
