Worst Car Buying Experience! I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on June 18, 2016. The sales guy, Chris was incredibly pushy and even lied to me. I asked why the brakes were making noises and I was told the brakes were just replaced but that was not on the carfax they provided me. After having my husband look at the car, we went ahead with the purchase. The finance department is horrible! The vehicle was purchased on 6/18. They didn't solidify financing until 7/15 and that's only because I had to continuously call and ask questions. Frank is the absolute worse finance person I've ever experienced. Fist, he was incredibly pushy and kept trying to force us to purchase the extended warranty on the vehicle. He kept saying, "I'm going to restructure the deal and you'll end up paying less." I told him several times that without a solid number of what the restructuring would be, I couldn't commit to the warranty and higher payment.As I suspected, the didn't restructure anything and tried to get me and my husband to commit to a higher payment and the warranty with the promise he'd re-work the deal knowing he couldn't do it. I had to keep calling to check the status of my financing. I kept emailing Frank the requested documents only to be told that he sent them off but the bank never received them. I ended up working directly with the bank to finalize my financing because Frank didn't after almost an entire month. If I called and he wasn't available, no one else seemed to know what was going on. It's now July 20th and my trade in STILL hasn't been paid off despite the fact that they received funding well over a week ago. All they do is make empty promises they can't keep and continue to blatantly lie to you just to close the sale. The receptionist seems to always have an attitude if and when they finally answer the phone. This place is horrible. Give your business to someone else! The lack of professionalism, customer service, and pleasure we should have received during our buying experience there is absolutely unacceptable. More

The person who greeted me, Frank Bravo, went above and beyond my expectations as a sales agent. He truly listened and acknowledged my needs in a vehicle and did not sway from my priorities in accomplishing my goals. Frank's professional expertise and courteous customer service skills were an added bonus and an unexpected delight. I also had the privilege of working with the Leasing Manager, Devon. My overall impression with his efficiency and integrity will keep me returning to this dealership for years to come. I love my new car!!! More
Looks like cheated I went to buy Nissan Pathfinder S to Roseville and liked Pathfinder SV a best option for me. The only big mistake I made was not to check their website before going there. They sold me the car on a very higher price. Almost $5000 higher as compare to what they had posted on their website. Looks like I have been cheated by them. I will try to complaint everywhere about this dealership and won't recommend anybody to buy a Vehicle from them. More

We stopped first at the Toyota dealership and did not find the vehicle we were looking for. On a hunch we stopped at Future Nissan and they had exactly what we were in the market for. My wife and I both thought that the whole experience was amazing. The salesman we worked with was a "no pressure" salesman. He was extremely nice and very personable. It's an older Honda with a salvage title, so it's value was severely diminished. With a repair bill of over $1,500 - it didn't make sense to invest that but rather just trade it in on a newer vehicle. The service writer encouraged us to check out their VIP program to trade it in … as a service customer - they'd treat us really well. NOT! They offered $147 trade in on her car, which was ridiculous. So we called around for the Honda she wanted and found a great deal at Future Nissan in the Roseville Auto Mall. Hector was our salesperson - and he was knowledgable, friendly, and not at all pushy. He was able to get the price lowered on their vehicle AND give us $1k as trade in. Finance went smoothly - and in two hours we were in and out of the dealership with no hassles. I LOVE this place and their staff. Really an awesome experience. Thanks so much! More

Worst experience at a car dealership since I bought my first car 10 years ago. Our salesman Hector was the only decent person here. All of the finance guys including the finance manager Josh are xxxxxxxx and treat you like dirt. After walking in to make a complaint about the horrific experience, we get stuck with a "supervisor" Dustin who spent more time hitting on my husband than actually caring to fix the situation. We attempted to buy a used Nissan Armada. We were in need of a new SUV because we totaled our previous one in an accident. We get a call from the dealership saying we needed to bring it back because we weren't approved. To make a long story short, we found we weren't approved because 1. They were attempting to finance us for $40k after they added on all the bells and whistles when the car was $26k without my permission. They said "oh we are just going to write this on here but we will take it off. It's just to get it approved" ?? 2. They lied about my income in an attempt to get us financed, telling the bank I made double what I make when my statements didn't show .. when I went in to ask for my application I was told I couldn't have it because they were not "legally" forced to give it to me. Forward 2 months later, I am driving a brand new pathfinder from Nissan of Sacramento and the service there was excellent!! We love Nissan cars but seriously almost made the decision to switch because of this poor excuse for a business. PS. My mother bought a car from them the same week we did and has been going through xxxx to get them to pay off her trade in. It's been 2 months and she is without license plates, her warranty refund, or any documentation that her prior loan has been paid off. I am in complete DISGUST with these people!! Avoid Roseville at all costs and make the trip to Sacramento if you can. You will be MUCH happier with your experience and the level of service. More

I am disappointed that they wouldn't negotiate car price after showing the kbb price. They said the kbb value is simply a "suggestion" for the car price. BEWARE of focusing on the monthly payment rather than overall car price. I know we could have gotten a better price than the one they gave us. If you are going in to buy a car from here definitely get the price down as much as you can because a good chunk of the "overall price" goes to their commission. Generally happy with the customer service, not so much the price of the car. We ended up returning the car. More
