I am disappointed that they wouldn't negotiate car price after showing the kbb price. They said the kbb value is simply a "suggestion" for the car price. BEWARE of focusing on the monthly payment rather than overall car price. I know we could have gotten a better price than the one they gave us. If you are going in to buy a car from here definitely get the price down as much as you can because a good chunk of the "overall price" goes to their commission. Generally happy with the customer service, not so much the price of the car. We ended up returning the car. More

Poor customer service and back end financing The sales person was polite and courteous and worked with us. Jay on the other hand, had the contract written up for $500.00 more than the agreed upon price. The price of the car they located, for us, was less than the price of the car on the lot. (No price adjustment). The finance person (can't remember his name) was not up front and forth coming in answering all of my questions. He sold us maintenance and service agreements that we did not want. We canceled the agreements and the dealer said they would forward the refunds to our lender. Should not have had to go through this. Kyle was supposed to order a replacement passenger side mirror, as it was damaged when the 3M protective bra was installed. Cannot get Kyle to return my calls. Three weeks and five telephone calls later still no replacement mirror. The worst car purchase experience in my 52 years as an adult and I have purchased dozens of cars in that time. Would not buy another car from this dealer or recommend them to anyone. More
