Purchased a car Oct 28th 2025 Nissan pathfinder , sales was great but of course they treat you like gold when your buying a car, i told the sales person am I getting my first complementary oil change he said yes, also finance. Fast forward to yesterday I made an appointment two weeks ago to get the oil change. I get there and they’re trying to charge me and tell me that I do not get my first complementary oil change. I’ve never purchased a vehicle that did not offer their first complementary oil change very disappointed spoke to the general manager. He didn’t do anything about it. Spoke to finance again he didn’t do anything about it. Sales guy told me they can give me an employee discount, but I refused so I’m gonna go ahead and speak to consumer affairs cause I thought that was absolutely ridiculous after driving 45 minutes early in the morning with my kids just to get there and they will not help me out last time. I’m never referring anybody to the future automotive group cause they did nothing for me.

Very bad customer service more than 1 months im came to this location and looking for my warranty check to im canceled is told me we email to back office and back office call you so im waiting 1 weeks no one call me so next week im back to delar and told me same we send email to back office and back office call you so im waiting 1 weeks no one call me so this back and forth more than 1 months still no one call me and today im in the delar no any manager here to want helping me out very bad customer service im never had forthis bad customer service I hope some one can fix that

I have been a Nissan customer for over 6 years, purchased multiple vehicles from Nissan of Roseville. Recently when I tried canceling extended warranty, service warranty and Gap, the Finance team has been having me go in circles. Only service warranty got canceled after calling multiple times. I submitted all these cancelations on 04/20/25, I am still waiting on Gap and extended warranty refund, I called portfolio one for extended warranty cancelation and they told me the dealership is responsible for the cancelation, than I called dealership they told me to call Nissan finance, which I did and than they told me to contact local Finance team to cancel, I have been communicating to the finance person Stev or Steven, he is no help at all. I still haven't received any calls or emails regarding this matter, it seems like no one wants to do any kind of refund. I am expecting to get this issue resolved asap.

Best experience buying a car and Customer experience ever. If you want to go buy a car these amazing people at Nissan truly care. Ask for Shane Lawson sales consultant and Maria kirkman customer relations manager.

Today went into the dealership to get a tire issue addressed, had a nail in the tire. First thing they asked is if I had an appointment? No appointment made, saw the nail and drove right over to get it fixed! Was told it would take a few hour minimum because I didn't have an appointment. To be honest this pissed me off, who purchases and road warranty on there tires thing oh I have a flat tire I need to make an appointment to get it fixed? I have a Nissan Leaf which doesn't come with a spare tire! This is the second time I have gotten let down by this dealership. I can't in good faith recommend this dealership for tires... BEWARE

Incredibly overpriced service quote. Charging $554 just to look at what I described as an issue. Issues I informed about listed below: - Overhead console latches broke, Detached it because it kept falling down -$111 - Driver side visor was broken and would fall down, did not stay in place - $111 - Driver door does not lock properly, ever other door locks properly - $221 - Trunk latch is broken/detached (parts were left in the trunk, so nothing would have to be ordered for this) - $111 - Need new wiper blades - $118 - heavily inflated price for wiper blades Keep in mind this is the charge just to inspect the vehicle, no actual changes/repairs will be made. 2/4 of the above issue can easily be seen just glancing at the car for 2 seconds. The door not locking takes 1 button press on the key fob and then opening the door. The visor you open the driver door and look at the visor and inspect it a bit closer which would probably take 15-30 seconds depending on how thorough you would want to be, but it was visibly damaged To further, the quote to fix the above issues was insanely inflated - Overhead console - $649.44 - Driver side visor - $679.46 - Driver side door - $370.20 - More reasonable as this more matches the cost of what labor would be and the price of the actuator so no big issues on this one (granted it is a bit high) The one good thing I can say about this place is the Customer service is good. Anything further than that is not worth it.
