On Feb 25 2012, I negotiated with the dealer on 2011 Leaf at a fixed price $31750 by email/phone prior visiting the dealer. After I went to the dealer, there're lots of messed up and the price jumping up and at a fixed price $31750 by email/phone prior visiting the dealer. After I went to the dealer, there're lots of messed up and the price jumping up and down, back to negotiation table. At the end, I signed a Nissan 2011 leaf SL demo car for $31750 in a written contract with down payment and financing in place. It was late at 11pm, so I told them my wife will come with me tomorrow to pick up the car. I left with one key and contract in my hand. The dealer requested that I leave the other key with them, so that they can move the car. Next day when I went to pick up the car, Future Nissan(Roseville, CA) refused to give me the car, unless I re-signed a new contract with $1000 more. How is that legal? I refused and so they took away the contract and the car keys. The dealer said they will send me back the check, but so far I have not heard a confirmation from them about sending my check back. I was doing internet shopping and still wasted 11 hours. It's just not worth it. Legal letter sent to the dealership owner to collect my check and personal/financial info back. While writing this review, I also see this dealer posted fake reviews on this site and other sites, like sacramento.citysearch.com and maybe other sites as well. Those exceptional good reviews all pop up at the same time and you can clearly see most of the good reviews are showing up after 2011 June. Beaware! More

He explained to me that Roseville Nissan has the best inventory in the area and can offer the best prices. I have been shopping for about three months and I knew what the market had to offer. So when I arrived at the Roseville Dealership I arrived ready to haggle over price and was very knowledgeable about my trade-ins. To my surprise all I had to do was mention Wa’el’s name and he had us sitting down making us the best deal in town within a matter of an hour. All I can say is if you are serious about purchasing a new car you have to make a stop at Roseville Nissan or you will be paying too much for your car! I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and I want to say this deal was the best deal I have ever made. No hassle over the price; they had the car I was looking for. More important; on the delivery date Wa’el sat down with me and spent time explaining every detail the car had to offer. I would say he spent more time with me after the deal then during the sale! Great salesman and very knowledgeable from the first oil change to how to set up my navigation system and select all my favorite radio channels on the satellite radio. This may sound like a commercial for Roseville Nissan but I’m here to tell you if you don’t stop off Roseville Nissan and ask for Wa’el you are making a big mistake! More

My wife and I are senior citizens. Our 14-year-old car finally died and since we had read good reviews of the Altima, we came in to Future Nissan. I was not looking forward happily to the experience. (If you are a mature American who has bought cars, you will understand my feelings.) It turns out I need not have been concerned. Our "price negotiation" was a low-stress, friendly conversation with their gracious and knowledgeable Andy. It was clear from Andy and the other employees I spoke with that these Future Nissan people knew customer service was more than a slogan and knew how to respect their customers. I have rarely been treated as well in any sales situation anywhere, ever. So, I recommend them. And, if you would like to be treated with gracious, old-world-style courtesy, ask for Andy! More

I went in looking for a used car, and Paul worked with me, listening to what I wanted and what I could spend, and I ended up with a NEW car! Very happy!!!! Being a woman, car shopping is not always the me, listening to what I wanted and what I could spend, and I ended up with a NEW car! Very happy!!!! Being a woman, car shopping is not always the greatest experience, but he really listened and explained things, showing me that I could afford something I thought was out of reach. I felt that I was handled in a manner that as a female who was car shopping, I didn't get talked down to or taken advantage of on price and features. Paul seemed to look out for my needs, not just "sell me the car and move on." The financing was easy, too! More
Our experience with Future Nissan was horrible because we told the sales and the manager upfront that our credit was low and they said that we could still qualify for buying a new car. After we bought the car I receive a phone call from the finance department saying that we were denied, they said no problem we can get you the car loan. I gave them back the car the next day. I would definitely not recommend Future Nissan with anyone just because this company is not professional, and weren't honest from the beginning, and we waste so much time there. The manager stated that he has been working for the dealership for six years seems that he doesn't have any knowledge in car loans and didn't inform us with all the information from the bank.
