We took it in a couple of times and of course the car would not make the noise. Mike Webster in the service department then said can you leave it with us for a few days and of course we agreed. They went as far as to have one man drive the car while a mechanic ran along side the car with the hood up (that is above and beyond as far as I'm concerned). That is when he finally heard the noise and decided it was the CV boot shaft, but the mechanic wasn't quite satisfied with that answer so they did the same thing again, someone driving and him running along side the car. Low and behold they found it was the transmission. Mike kept in contact with us daily as to the progress. We are very satisfied with all the personnel in the service department. More
We purchased a vehicle from this facility a Saturday May 4th, the manager who helped us his name is Adam, the sales representative's name is Fadi. Fadi was very nice and helpful and Adam seemed willing to please. We went back and forth through the "normal" negotiation process and finally came to an agreement. We didn't get home until almost 10pm so it wasn't odd that I didn't notice the floor mats weren't in the car until the next day Sunday. I phoned Fadi our sales representative and he said he would check with his manager and get back to me. Never heard back the rest of Sunday or Monday, I phoned again on Tuesday and he said his manager Adam will be in at 2 and will call me then. It's now 6:30 and still no response, I take it upon myself to call yet again and directly ask for Adam, he get's on the phone and I explained the situation he puts me on hold to go and check if there were any floor mats left at detail as that was the last place my vehicle was before we took it home. He get's back on the phone and tells me there are no floor mats, you bought a used vehicle if it came in with mats we sell them if not your out of luck, I said what about the mats that were in the car he said he didn't believe there were mats in the car, my husband takes the phone and said "are you calling my wife and I liars"? Adam continues to tell my husband that we should just be happy with the deal considering they made no money off the sale of the vehicle anyways. He then proceeded to put us on hold and never came back on the phone. I phoned back and spoke with a different manager named Josh Jones who was very nice and helpful and said no problem we will get you mats for your car. I went in and spoke to Josh today May 8th he ordered me new mats as they didn't have any at there facility. Josh went above and beyond for the customer, for that I will recommend Future Nissan however for Adam he is in the wrong line of buisness and I will Never recommend him in the future. More
Do your research! First time buyer who got ripped off. Told to delete the survey! Military check out USAA car buying service. Long post but worth reading!!!!!!!!!! I would like to start off by saying t Told to delete the survey! Military check out USAA car buying service. Long post but worth reading!!!!!!!!!! I would like to start off by saying that I recieved good customer service when it came to trying to find the Nissan frontier I wanted but after the actual purchase is when my experience tanked. I originally wanted a used frontier and was planning on purchasing from Carmax. I spoke with a sales rep at Future Nissan and originally was told they had three used 4x4 after which I arrived at the dealer I was advised there was only one. The model they had was bare minimum and told the sales rep I didnt want it. The only research I had done up to this point was on used frontiers. After going back and forth and telling them i didnt want the used one they asked if I would want a new one. I was upside down on my trade by about $3600 and they had a rebate for $2000. I made the mistake of negotiating the monthly payment and not the overall price of the truck. They kept using the fact that I was in the military as a way to make me feel like I was getting a great deal on the truck. They then told me the truck was being brought from reno and would take a few hours. My wife and I were under the impression it was being brought down by a vehicle transport truck. Turns out it was driven down and the drive put 180 miles on it. We were also under the impression that it would come with bed extender and tow hitch, which is why people buy trucks to tow and haul things around. Unfortunately it didnt come with either. After purchasing the truck my window regulator and check engine light came on. Took it to the service department where they told me they had never had these issues on a brand new truck. Keep in mind I had only driven the truck for THREE days. After a week of the truck being in the shop and an additional 200 miles put on the truck I finally got it back and didnt bother to fill the tank up even though they make you fill their rentals gas tank up. While it was in the shop I was told by a few people that I had over paid on the truck by a lot. I looked at three other dealers and saw that I over paid by about an additional $3000. I called Future Nissan to complain and the sales manager said he could find the other trucks that were cheaper online and in return made me feel like I was lying. After the frustrating call I was sent a text telling me to delete the customer service survey!!!! I sent an email to the general sales manager and customer relations for Future Nissan only to get a call from another sales manager. If I wanted to speak with one of the sales managers I would just called. I advised that i was planning on complaining to Nissan North America and the BBB. The sales manager who I spoke with advised me that I was not ripped off and that I got a great deal. Im frustrated at the fact there is such a huge difference in pricing between dealerships and that they used me being in the military to make it seem like I was getting the best possible price. I gave them multiple chances to rectify the issue or atleast admit the ripped me off on multiple levels. This post is long but thurough and is to make others aware that they need to do way more research on incentives and check out USAA car buyer program if your military. More
When I left home I was tired and just decided to go to Nissan due to a Sacto Bee ad. I had made telephone contact with Thang on the phone and asked for him when I arrived. He was very courteous and seem Nissan due to a Sacto Bee ad. I had made telephone contact with Thang on the phone and asked for him when I arrived. He was very courteous and seemed to know the product he was representing. He also followed up after the sale with a phone contact. Thang did a great job and made the whole process go much easier than usual. If he keeps this up he has a great future in front of him Jerry More
Went in to buy a car not looking forward to dealing with the sales people. Had a wonderful experience. They were both friendly and very helpful. Both very knowledgeable of their product. This is by far the best dealership I have been to and I have been to many in the past month trying to find a car. This was made possible because of the friendliness and time that the salesmen spent with me have been to many in the past month trying to find a car. This was made possible because of the friendliness and time that the salesmen spent with me to meet my needs. I first talked to Bill Zupo and went on a test drive with him. He was very nice and knew his stuff very well. You could ask him anything about any vehicle and he would give a very detailed response. After my test drive I spent some time with Amine Reg going over more details of what I wanted. Amine was very friendly and helped meet all my needs. He knew exactly what I wanted, and made it possible considering I was being very picky. Not only did I purchase the car that I wanted, I also had help the next day through e-mail with follow up questions I had about the vehicle. I would highly recommend going to this dealership. You will get a quality vehicle that you will love, and you will deal with great people that is hard to find these days. More
Future Nissan of Roseville was wonderful when we purchased our new Altima. Jeremy Drebin was friendly and let us try out and take home vehicles that we were considering to see if they would fit in purchased our new Altima. Jeremy Drebin was friendly and let us try out and take home vehicles that we were considering to see if they would fit in our garage. He even produced the Ford next door so we could compare the 2 vehicles side-by-side. We were happy that there was no pressure, and the knowledge he had was first hand. This is not your "typical car salesman". We have always been satisfied with the service given at this dealership and continue to be amazed that they really care about your business and your car, whether used or when buying a new one. We left there with a beautiful vehicle with more features than we expected, a great color (hard to get at the end of the year), and the price was exactly what we told him we would pay "out the door" in the beginning. The Nissan Altima is a super vehicle and we have received many compliments. We recommend this dealership and Jeremy Drebin to anyone who wants to buy new or used. They even purchased our old car and were very generous. Amazing !!!! Maxine More
Fadi was the most hard working salesman I have ever met. Great customer service. He should get a raise for sure. Adam as well was a great help. Fadi did everything right in a non-pushy way to get us the car Great customer service. He should get a raise for sure. Adam as well was a great help. Fadi did everything right in a non-pushy way to get us the car we wanted. We ended up buying a 2009 Infiniti G37 for a great price. The Extended warranty guy was very rude and we almost walked out at the end of the deal but Adam and Fadi made everything right and we purchased the car. Great Experience. Great Sales guys Fadi & Adam. Only negative thing I can say is they need to can the Warranty guy, because his bad attitude will lose them deals. More

We told Wael what our budget by te Future Nissan and work with the salesman, Wael Ibrahim. Wael is very knowledgeable about the car he sold us. We told Wael what our budget by texting. Then he neogitated the price with the finance guys so we didn't have to sit at the dealrship for hours. Wael got us the exact price we said we could afford for this car. Furthermore, Wael drove the car to my home and we signed the documents in the comfort of our home. How great is that!!! More
