I was in the market to purchase a vehicle, however on the day I visited the dealership, I was actually there to look at vehicles with my daughter. I had corresponded with Scott via email so I asked for him day I visited the dealership, I was actually there to look at vehicles with my daughter. I had corresponded with Scott via email so I asked for him when we arrived , however he was busy so Matt actually came out on the lot to greet us. He was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I decided to go ahead and test drive a vehicle while we were there and was very pleased with my drive. Scott soon was available and began to assist my daughter in her vehicle search. She already owned a Nissan Versa and wanted to purchase a newer model with more features and I was interested in the Nissan Rogue. I can sum up our experience by saying that we both left very satisfied and happy with OUR purchases. We both ended up purchasing the vehicles at very reasonable prices! My other daughter and my mother both own Nissans purchased at this dealership as well and they have also experienced the wonderful service that we were given! I highly recommend this dealership! More

When we originally went to the Auto Mall we were looking at a Toyota Hybrid. However, we decided to check out Nissan since my father-in-law had worked there years ago. We were completely impressed by how we were treated when we entered. I was the one that needed a car but my parents had also thrown around the idea of replacing their SUV with something more gas efficient. We came in with a strict budget on what we wanted to spend including 0% financing and they made it happen. I love my car and feel that I got a great deal and didn't feel pressured at all to spend more than we had intended. Michael also was very nice and made sure we had a good experience. More
Bad experience, they advertised a new vehicle for sale. Called said they had it.Drove 2 hours and had own financing in hand. After fours hours conveniencing us to apply for better financing. WORST DEALERSHIP IN CALIFORNIA!!!!! We bought two USED LINCOLN'S a 2012 Navigator and a 2008 MKX from them! and one was pretty much a used lemon! Two days after we bought the MKX from future nissan the en LINCOLN'S a 2012 Navigator and a 2008 MKX from them! and one was pretty much a used lemon! Two days after we bought the MKX from future nissan the engine started SMOKING!! and the car started shaking when you drive it on the free way! I have a dated video to prove it! When I had the car towed back to them to be fixed THEY LOST CAR!!! YES! LOST IT!!! Some NIM-ROD thought the car was a trade in and took it to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LOT!!!! OFF THE ROSEVILLE AUTO MALL!!!!!! after TWO WEEKS!!!! TWO WEEKS!!! of trying TO FIND the car and filing insurance claims because I thought the car was stolen they "stumbled upon it" and "FIXED IT" well.... Literally ONE WEEK after they "fixed it" it started smoking AGAIN!!! Then when I bring the car back (one hour and a half drive for me by the way) They tell me MY WARRANTEE'S UP!!! AND I NEED TO BUY A NEW ONE!!! Or pay the full amount to have my car looked at again...................ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR CARS AND ARE JUST A BIG FAT SCAM! I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH MY LINCOLN MKX SINCE I BOUGHT IT AND FEEL SORRY FOR ANYBODY WHO GETS ROPED INTO THIS PLACE! More
Our car was quite a puzzle to the service department. We kept hearing a sound when we backed up and then drove forward slowly. We took it in a couple of times and of course the car would not make the noise. Mike Webster in the service department then said can you leave it with us for a few days and of course we agreed. They went as far as to have one man drive the car while a mechanic ran along side the car with the hood up (that is above and beyond as far as I'm concerned). That is when he finally heard the noise and decided it was the CV boot shaft, but the mechanic wasn't quite satisfied with that answer so they did the same thing again, someone driving and him running along side the car. Low and behold they found it was the transmission. Mike kept in contact with us daily as to the progress. We are very satisfied with all the personnel in the service department. More
We purchased a vehicle from this facility a Saturday May 4th, the manager who helped us his name is Adam,the sales representative's name is Fadi. Fadi was very nice and helpful and Adam seemed willing to please. We went back and forth through the "normal" negotiation process and finally came to an agreement. We didn't get home until almost 10pm so it wasn't odd that I didn't notice the floor mats weren't in the car until the next day Sunday. I phoned Fadi our sales representative and he said he would check with his manager and get back to me. Never heard back the rest of Sunday or Monday, I phoned again on Tuesday and he said his manager Adam will be in at 2 and will call me then. It's now 6:30 and still no response, I take it upon myself to call yet again and directly ask for Adam, he get's on the phone and I explained the situation he puts me on hold to go and check if there were any floor mats left at detail as that was the last place my vehicle was before we took it home. He get's back on the phone and tells me there are no floor mats, you bought a used vehicle if it came in with mats we sell them if not your out of luck, I said what about the mats that were in the car he said he didn't believe there were mats in the car, my husband takes the phone and said "are you calling my wife and I liars"? Adam continues to tell my husband that we should just be happy with the deal considering they made no money off the sale of the vehicle anyways. He then proceeded to put us on hold and never came back on the phone. I phoned back and spoke with a different manager named Josh Jones who was very nice and helpful and said no problem we will get you mats for your car. I went in and spoke to Josh today May 8th he ordered me new mats as they didn't have any at there facility. Josh went above and beyond for the customer, for that I will recommend Future Nissan however for Adam he is in the wrong line of buisness and I will Never recommend him in the future. More
