1st TAREQ was a great salesman! Later getting my car sealed ,Sidney, was wonderful! She explained in detail and truthfully what was to be done.. there was a situation that our 2021 Later getting my car sealed ,Sidney, was wonderful! She explained in detail and truthfully what was to be done.. there was a situation that our 2021 Sl Murano had Water spots and it needed an "acid watch" to get them out I think according to Marcus , and we came from. 4 hours away to get the one day job done.. so we would have to come back "AT first"!.. Then later "WHEN I CALLED " I was told car is done! What? Yes the sealer was able to wipe out the water spots! Ok! When i got to Future Nisson Roseville the car was done.. and SIDNEY CAME OUT AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE MIX up but could not tell me why it was 1st needed an acid wash .. but couldn't be done there.. but That the water spots were rubbed out! So we were happy we got the car back that day.. and the "Rental car was great!!! ".. CAR LOOKED GREAT.. just wondering why acid wash was 1st needed! Again SYDNEY WAS SUPER.. Marcus was good and also very nice was Victoria! So I hope the water spots do not reappear! ! Thanks again for the "NICE FRIENDLY SERVICE"! And I will pass on on FB etcLATER IN MARCH WHEN WE INSPECT THE CAR SEALER JOB!! More
