Front Royal Ford

Very disappointed , got the car took it to inspection and it failed. The temporal tag will be expiring, I was told by Marco and Tony that the car past the VA inspection but that was not true. I have been trying to reach them even the loan officer Roland . It's all been games. Tried reaching them about All the maintenance and repairs request they promised to fix but it's been all games. Either they are not in or they will call me back. I am really disappointed not sure who else to contact or what else to do. Marco, Tony and Roland all told me to call them if I had any issues but it's been all games. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. More

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely disappointed with them. Took over 2 weeks to receive the car, had to send my own delivery driver after paying Ford to ship it.
