I didn't actually end up purchasing a vehicle form Front Royal Ford. However, I really wanted to write this review to highlight the fantastic experience I had with Jessica. Unfortunately, my purchase didn’t go through as planned after driving 1.5 hours only to be told that the vehicle I came for was sold the evening before after I had an appointment to see it. There was a lack of communication between all sales staff / management or lack of procedures. It turned out a day later that sale fell through.
