I have needed a new car for more than a year but I absolutely HATE new car shopping…After my kids convincing me to go to car shopping and despite my three requirements (new NOT used, hard topped and v absolutely HATE new car shopping…After my kids convincing me to go to car shopping and despite my three requirements (new NOT used, hard topped and very specific set of color options), a salesman tried to convince me to buy a soft topped car with 6,000 miles put on by the previous owner (a fellow salesperson) and one of my least favorite colors. We left the other dealership. My son remembered a friend at Front Royal Ford and we headed straight there. RODRIGO BERNABEU to the rescue! He only showed me cars I was interested in, fully listened to me, treated me better than I have ever experienced at a car dealer and it was quite easy to find exactly what I wanted ~ not what the dealership wanted to get rid of. Rodrigo helped restore my faith that not all car dealers are bad. He is young but has learned well from his mentors. He treats people with respect and will go far with his work ethics and serving the customer attitude. I will gladly return to and refer friends to Front Royal Ford and especially Rodrigo Bernabeu! May 30 – Oil change and tire rotation. June 7 – Oil change warning came on. Called Front Royal Ford Service and asked how to reset. Reply from young man: “I don’t know how to reset it, t June 7 – Oil change warning came on. Called Front Royal Ford Service and asked how to reset. Reply from young man: “I don’t know how to reset it, they are all different. You will need to google it.” July 25 – Coolant leak on right side of engine. Laurel the serviced advisor called later and told me the cost. July 29 – Picked up F250 - $1059.78 Returned home and found the coolant reservoir empty!! Called dealership and asked for Laurel. Reply from same young man: “She’s at lunch.” Asked to speak to the service manager. Reply: He’s not available.” Began explaining my concern and was interrupted. “We are not incompetent . I’ll have Laurel call you.” and hung up. She called back a short time later. She advised me not to drive the truck with the reservoir empty and she had a gallon of antifreeze delivered. She was polite and professional. Refreshing change. I mixed the antifreeze per the directions and filled the reservoir to the specified level. Drove the truck a few miles and had to refill the reservoir. Will check level again tomorrow. Am concerned with possible engine damage! Today will be spent cleaning and polishing scratches on the chrome grill guard that your technicians used as a ladder. More
