I wish I could give less than 1 star. My husband purchased a truck on 2/22/24 they delivered the truck up to him in New York. It showed up with a check engine light on, so before signing My husband purchased a truck on 2/22/24 they delivered the truck up to him in New York. It showed up with a check engine light on, so before signing the papers he called the sales manger. He said hang on let me walk over to the shop manager. He heard in the background “oh it came back on” and then tells him they would take care of the cost bring it to your local dealer. Truck has been at the dealer in New York since 2/23/24, and my husband has still have not received a call back from management, he calls everyday and they claim the manager is on a conference call or he’s with a customer or he’s at auction just completely avoiding my husbands calls. This is just completely upsetting that a dealer would do this! So now we are stuck paying out of pocket for a truck that he has yet to put any miles on!!! Honestly just upsetting, I do not recommend this dealership they do not stand by their word and are not honest. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! More

I made an offer on a vehicle after seeing a price drop on Autotrader and scheduled a test drive. Tony called me and confirmed that I had made an offer and collected info about my trade in. When I went for the test drive he said he didn't remember me or know anything about the offer I had made using Autotrader. They wanted to start from the beginning. It was like they had no knowledge of my cash offer including my trade in! But the real kicker is that the vehicle was not even there! I was told some service guy was using it for their personal loaner and had driven it home the night before! It was advertised with 9,000 miles but when the vehicle showed up, (a FULL 2 HOURS later), it had 12,400 miles on it! I was flabbergasted. I know they knew I was coming for a test drive because they texted me in the morning and asked when I was going to be there! Well, despite all that, I ended up buying the vehicle and the rest of the deal went very smoothly. Rodrigo was very knowledge about the vehicle and talked me through the technology features and even sent me a front license plate holder since the truck was missing one. The tax and title finance guy was great as well. He processed the paperwork quickly for us. More
