He involved his manager (Pat, I believe) only at certain points of the negotiation to help me understand the benefits of leasing (which I ultimately chose) rather than to confuse me. That's important as whether you lease or buy is big decision and I appreciated their straight talk without any pressure. I felt that both Chaz and Friendly worked with me to make a deal happen and as a result, I left there a happy customer. Would recommend Chaz and Friendly. More

I was considering buying a new 2013 Honda Civic, and trading in my old 2009 Honda Civic, which was purchased new from this dealership. Through negotiations, I was able to reach a mutually agreeable dea trading in my old 2009 Honda Civic, which was purchased new from this dealership. Through negotiations, I was able to reach a mutually agreeable deal to buy a 2013 Honda Civic and trade in my old 2009 Honda Civic and reduce my payments on the new car. I have now driven the car for the past week and a half, through snow storm and rainy weather. I am pleased with the traction control feature in the car. I haven't driven a distance longer than 25 miles, but will do so in the near future. I'm hoping that the gas mileage for highway driving lives up to the advertising. More

I appreciated being spared the traditional sales pitches and he came off as a genuine person which made the overall experience all the better. He is a trustworthy representative who I would strongly encourage seeking out. My only concerns with the dealership would be a few mistakes made by our finance manager but these concerns should be taken with the following in consideration: Chaz and the finance manager stayed behind very late to finish the paperwork for our sale so he may have made the few small errors due to the evening's rush. However, everything was worked out satisfactorily. Some of the pricing on dealer-installed additions can be found cheaper elsewhere. That, combined with the two (possibly out of the norm) situations lead me to give them an overall 4/5. However, I would earnestly give Chaz a 5/5 and strongly recommend the dealership and him as a sales consultant. More
