The buying process was very smooth and professionally executed. Papa was extremely courteous to the customer and willing to spend enormous amount of time to explain the vehicle. My husband and I stopped by Friendly Honda when we were considering buying a used SUV or mini-van. We walked around the lot for about 20 minutes and not 1 sales person approached us. About a month later we went back to the dealership after having visited another dealer in Westchester and we spoke to a salesman who had me test drive a Pilot that they had, but it was a little more than we wanted to spend. He told us he didn't have what we were looking for (2010/2011 Pilot with mileage <40,000 around $26,000 out the door) and was going to dismiss us, but we asked him if he would take our information and call us if he got something in. That same day we went over to Brewster Honda and found exactly what we were looking for and then some (I was hoping for an EX and I got an EXL). Friendly Honda has never called us to this day! I guess $26,000 doesn't mean much to them. I am baffled by the fact that Friendly Honda has won that President's Award for multiple years. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! More

We had our 2006 Honda Pilot EX Nav serviced at Friendly from the beginning of ownership even though we bought the car in Brooklyn. The service and experience were always amazing, so we bought our new Pilo from the beginning of ownership even though we bought the car in Brooklyn.
